RepMeld reads the caption a platform publishes for a video — it cannot watch the video itself. If the sets and reps are only spoken aloud, there is nothing for it to read.
Screenshots work best. Take a screenshot of the workout and import that instead. Pasting the caption as text works well too.
Instagram serves a login wall to anything that isn't signed in, so there is often no caption to read. This is a limitation on their end. Use a screenshot instead.
No. Renaming changes only what you see. Coverage, the generator and duplicate detection all key off the original name underneath, so nothing recalculates and nothing is lost.
Open Profile → Restore purchases. If that doesn't work, check you are signed into the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then email us.
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RepMeld → Cancel. During a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged. You keep Pro until the period you have paid for runs out.
Everything is stored on your phone. Profile → Clear all data erases it, and so does deleting the app. There is no copy on a server for us to delete.
